Miami is home for BH Signature Flooring. Our business address is on N Bayshore Drive in Edgewater, and we work in homes, townhouses, and condos from Brickell to the Upper East Side.

A lot of Miami flooring projects start with removing old ceramic tile from a concrete slab. We take the tile and thinset out, level the slab, and check moisture before any hardwood, LVP, or laminate goes down, which is what keeps a new floor flat through the rainy season.

In condo buildings we plan around building rules: work hours, elevator reservations, and sound-rated underlayment where the association requires it. Tell us your building's requirements when you request your estimate and we'll build them into the plan.
